Richard Britton and Sarah Jennings set up Spark in June 2006, having worked together for several years.
Sarah has worked in a variety of planning and senior management roles at Mindshare, Universal McCann and Initiative Group before Spark. Her previous clients include Nestle, Unilever, Bacardi Martini, BUPA and Argos.
Sarah is also a qualified trainer and coach and has run award winning training programmes for the companies she has worked for.
Richard has worked at CIA Medianetwork (now MEC), running the non broadcast team and most recently he was at Initiative Group where he was Managing Director of BrandConnection and part of Magna, IPGs negotiation arm. Previous clients include Lloyds TSB, LVMH, Toys R Us and Norwich Union.
He is also a self confessed techno and runs the data and software offering at Spark.
